The IFIP/IEEE NOMS 2014 symposium will feature a number of panel discussions that offer the opportunity to engage in exchanges with subject matter experts on leading-edge topics related to Network and Service Management. Accordingly, NOMS 2014 solicits proposals and ideas for panels. A panel proposal should indicate a brief description of the topic and why it will be of interest to the audience. Panel topics should be related to the main theme of the conference and invite diverse perspectives and view points. Besides opening and position statements, panels should leave room for spontaneous interaction between the panelists and the audience; they may be open ended to a certain degree. In addition, a panel proposal should include a suggestion for a panel moderator (if different from the submitter) and possible panelists. If needed, the Organizing Committee can assist with the identification of additional panelists. All proposals will be evaluated by the NOMS 2014 Organizing Committee.
